Wednesday, June 24th, 2009

Hey everyone! Recently I announced that on Friday new music tracks will be available to members for the DJ3K game. The tracks will be available in a special catalog, and you will be able to buy exclusive music tracks. Pretty cool, huh? Well, today I managed to get an interview with Happy77 and a Club Penguin music worker. Check it out.

Happy77 Talks New Club Penguin DJ3K Music & Interview!

Q: There’s a lot of music in Club Penguin. How you do decide what music goes where?
A: We’d like the music to support the feeling of the areas and the party themes.

Q: What’s your favorite part of making music and sound effects?
A: Working with music and sound effects (sfx) is creative and fun, and we hope it adds another dimension to everyone’s experiences on the island.

Q: At last year’s Music Jam party, I seem to remember music called  “bubble pop” – is that short for bubble gum pop? Are there other kinds of candy music?
A: With that song we were originally inspired by the Bubblegum Pop style of music. But with music this sweet, it’s all candy.

I also heard that there will be other music being released too! New igloo music will also be arriving this Friday. Pretty cool, right? Tell me what you think. In other news: Be sure to check out my new chat room! The link to it can be found on the sidebar. Be sure to stop by it when you can, and tell your friends about it so that we can have more people to chat with! Thanks! Also, please don’t ask me if you can become a moderator. I got all of the ones I need, but thanks to all the other kind people who want to help the chat!

Happy77 Interviews Club Penguin Snow Sculpture Artists!

Thursday, March 12th, 2009

Hey everyone! There has recently been ton of excitement about the Snow Sculpture Contest, and many penguins all around the island are sending in some amazing art! With all of the buzz, I thought it would be cool to give you guys the inside scoop from a talented pair of snow sculpture artists. Sound good?

Happy77 Interviews Club Penguin Snow Sculpture Artists!

What do you look for in all the submissions you get? A great submission is fun, imaginative and makes us smile! But there are so many talented and creative artists playing Club Penguin that they’re all making us smile!

Tell us about making sculptures from a drawing. Is it very difficult? The artist who drew it did the difficult stuff. We get to do the fun part. First we transfer the original drawing onto our computer and create a black and white version so that it kinda looks like a coloring book picture. Then we take it and make it look like it’s made of ice.

If you added flavored syrup to the snow sculptures, would it make them into beautiful, yummy snow cones? Indeed it would! However, you might unintentionally upset the poor artist whose masterpiece would be inside of your belly…

Pretty cool interview, huh? Comment and tell me what you thought of it! Also, remember to check back tomorrow for all the St. Patrick’s Day Party Cheats. I’ll have them posted up and early for you guys! Keep checking back. And please, follow me on Twitter! You can check out my Twitter page by going here. Thanks!

Well, that’s all for now. Keep checking back for more Club Penguin Cheats! Waddle on!

Happy77 Interviews a Club Penguin Stage Artist!

Thursday, February 12th, 2009

Hey everyone! Since a new Club Penguin Stage is released tomorrow (and since it’s always fun to learn new stuff), I thought it would be cool to let you guys in on an exclusive interview with Happy77 and someone who helps draw the Stage sets! Check it out.

Happy77 Interviews a Club Penguin Stage Artist!

Happy77: Do you just read the Stage scripts after they’re written and then draw what you want?
Stage Drawer: We do them together. We draw as the writers are putting in ideas and suggestions.

Happy77: What’s your favorite part of drawing for the stage?
Stage Drawer: Creating a whole tiny world in one room. Sometimes when I get into it, it feels like I’m actually in a fairy tale forest or in an old detective movie. It’s so much fun!

Happy77: Have you ever drawn candy (or food) for any of the stages?
Stage Drawer: Well, I’ve drawn some alien beverages one time… but I try not to draw too much food, otherwise I’d get hungry!

Pretty cool, huh? It seems that in every single one of these interviews, Happy77 asks some type of question about food/candy. Kinda weird. Comment and tell me what you think about the Club Penguin Stages. I think it’s about time they start making some more. What do you think? Hey everyone! I hope you’re all having fun with the new Paint by Letters book! I also hope you still enjoy the Dance Contest game! The Club Penguin team really seems excited about it. So today I just wanted to give you an inside scoop from someone who helped design the Dance Contest Game.

Happy77 Interview With a Dance Contest Game Designer!

Check out this exclusive interview between Happy77 and a Dance Contest game designer (Happy77 asks the questions).

Q: So what’s your absolute fave game in Club Penguin and why?
A: Treasure Hunt (I love it partly because I got to help Screenhog make it and partly because it’s multiplayer). I also like playing Cart Surfer and Jet Pack Adventure. I like Catchin’ Waves… but I’m not terribly good at it.

Q: Do you eat candy while you create games?
A: Loads of it – But we’ve got healthy candy… like those grain bars.

Q: What do you like best about games in general?
A: It’s brilliant when you get to play games with friends.

Pretty cool interview. What do you think? Comment and tell me your thoughts about the interview! Club Penguin Mission Writer Interviews Happy77!

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008

Hey everyone! The Club Penguin Team has been recieving tons of comments about the new mission lately. A few penguins have even asked about the people who make up the stories of the missions. So the team thought it would be great to talk to someone who helps write the Club Penguin mission stories. Pretty cool.

Club Penguin Mission Writer Interviews Happy77!

Here is the interview between the mission writer and Happy77. Not very many questions.

Who is your fave mission character and why?
Herbert. Because he reminds me a lot of myself.

What’s the coolest thing about making up mission stories?
There’s no such thing as an idea that’s too crazy.

Perhaps most importantly, what’s your favorite kind of candy?
Anything with peanut butter in it.

Hmm…that last question seemed surprisingly shocking. Probably the most important question you could ask someone. :D What do you think? Remember to leave a comment telling me what you thought about the interview. Also, have you guys noticed that the AC 3000 returned to the Ski Lodge this year? It says they are storing the snow for February fun. Cool.

There are also fireworks at the Iceberg and Ski Mountain. They’ll be staying until the end of tomorrow. Have fun!
