Here is a guide on how to complete the test and have access to the new rooms (a Spy Phone is required!)

1. Start off by clicking on your Spy Phone. Proceed to the EPF test.
2. Once you are there, first throw a snowball at the red target.
3. Then, waddle to the red square as fast as you can.
4. You will be asked to hide. Hide in the bottom left corner.
5. After that, enter the cage trap. Throw a snowball at the electrical box on your right.

You have now completed the test! Enter the elevator after you have seen your test score, and you will now be in the EPF Command Room!
