Just look at the picture above. You will see a goblet. Just mouse over it and it will fall. Then click the pin and receive it. ;)

Spq96: The beta hat is the rarest item in Club Penguin. I don’t see the big deal either but a lot of people want to add him because he tested Club Penguin. To me I think that everyone deserves the same amount of attention.

sorry, 1 more question how do all there penguins at the dock have the party hats.the spiral ones that are 2 different colors.just about every penguin at the dock has one.How do I get one?
Spq96: You can only get them from parties on Club Penguin. The yellow ones are from the second year anniversary party.
